If a Purchaser submits a wrong or insufficient delivery address, any impossiblility on the part of the buyer to pick it up on time which causes a return of the product to us, the Purchaser agrees to pay 10 Dollars to www.elite-lenses.com by Payment Method provided by the website Host, for reshipping and repacking.

Please Note:  for changes in the delivery address, you must send an email notifying us immediately after payment to: elitelenses1@gmail.com with the following information: Order number , Name , Delivery address of the goods and any indication or special instructions. Only then these changes can be made.

 Our shipping method utilizes Registered Mail, including the tracking number for your order.  Purchasers agree to track their own orders.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND EXPECTED DISPATCH TIMES

 

The estimated dispatch time for each product:  Please expect  7 days for Cosmetic contact Lenses  ( Plano ), and prescription (when available ).We cannot offer any guarantee and the time indicated is approximate.

Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number as proof the consignment was sent.

It is necessary to wait a few days before tracking your order as all data must be uploaded by the Postal Service System.

 Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between www.elite-lenses.com and the Purchaser.

In case of insufficient data given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.
