CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
This right does apply if the goods are damaged or defective. We cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if you do not like the color or
the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. We recommend that you consult with your Eye Care Specialist before Ordering from our store. We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective.
In the case that you receive factory defective lenses, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription (When Available).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INSPECT THE LENSES BEFORE OPEN THE BLISTER AND WEARING THEM.WE WILL ANALYSE THE CONTACT LENSES FOR A FACTORY DEFECT IN LABORATORY.
EACH LENS WILL BE CHECKED FOR SCRATCHES , TEARS AND PROTEIN DEPOSITS, IF THE LENS WAS USED
OR WORN,WE DON´T REPLACE THEM.
IN SUCH A CASE, YOU SHOULD PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
* Contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment by e mail firstname.lastname@example.org
* Include the complete packaging of your shipment, (box and blister and leaflet).
* In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in a lens case with contact lens solution and send back with the box and any unopened blisters.
* Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them.
Insured shipments damaged by the Carrier are not subject to refund. We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged. For information about the shipping address for returns, please contact us to the following e mail: email@example.com
The costs of returning the goods to us will be paid by the Purchaser. The purchaser agrees and accepts this policy.
