ELITE NATURAL GLAMOUR LENSES® are 1 year disposable lenses. You can wear them for 1 year daily.
SLEEPING WEARING CONTACT LENSES ON
It is not advisable to sleep with any kind of contact lenses. Your eyes must rest during sleep. Please remove your contact lenses before sleeping and put them in a lens solution.
CONTACT LENSES CARE
Contact lens wearers should always wash their hands before handling their lenses to avoid transferring dirt and germs to their eyes. They should also avoid moisturizing soaps, as they are not good for contacts. Hands should be dried with a lint-free towel. When one lens is removed, clean it with the recommended solution to remove eye-produced buildup, cosmetics, and other debris that impairs comfort. Some products require rubbing of the lens with a few drops of solution, while others only require rinsing. Rinsing is then required again to remove any loosened debris. Afterwards, the lenses can be placed in a clean lens case or holder, and filled with the appropriate solution for soaking and disinfection. Disinfection time varies, depending on product. These steps should be repeated for the other lens, and the lenses can be stored in the lens case.

CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
This right does apply if the goods are damaged or defective. We cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if you do not like the color or the parameters (When Available) you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. We recommend that you consult with your Eye Care Specialist before ordering from our store. We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective.
In the case that you receive factory defective lenses, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription (when available).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INSPECT THE LENSES BEFORE OPEN THE BLISTER AND WEARING THEM.WE WILL ANALYSE THE CONTACT LENSES FOR A FACTORY DEFECT WHEN WE RECIEVE THEM BACK. EACH LENS WILL BE CHECKED FOR SCRATCHES, TEARS AND PROTEIN DEPOSITS, WHICH INDICATES WHETER, THE LENS WAS USED. IF THE LENS IS WORN, WE DON´T REPLACE THEM.
IN SUCH A CASE, YOU SHOULD PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
* Contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment by e mail elitelensesweb@gmail.com
* Include the complete packaging of your shipment, (box and blister and leaflet).
* In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in the lens case with the contact lens solution and send them back with the box and any unopened blisters.
* Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them.
Insured shipments damaged by the Carrier are not subject to refund.
We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged.

CUIDADO DE LAS LENTILLAS DE CONTACTO
​
Los usuarios de lentes de contacto deben lavarse las manos antes de manipular sus lentes para evitar la transferencia de suciedad y gérmenes a los ojos. También deben evitar los jabones hidratantes, ya que no son buenos para las lentillas. Las manos deben secarse con una toalla que no desprenda pelusa. Cuando se retira una lente, límpiela con la solución recomendada para eliminar la acumulación de proteínas producida por los ojos, cosméticos y otros desechos que perjudican la comodidad. En el caso de que reciba lentes defectuosos de fábrica, los cambiaremos de forma gratuita. Las lentes de contacto defectuosas sólo pueden cambiarse por el mismo modelo de lente, color y prescripción (cuando estén disponibles).

ANTES DE ABRIR EL BLISTER REVISE LAS LENTILLAS,YA QUE EN CASO DE DEVOLUCIÓN POR DEFECTO DE FABRICA CUANDO RECIBAMOS LAS LENTES EN NUESTRAS OFICINAS ,SERÁN ENVIADAS AL LABORATORÍO Y SERÁN SOMETIDAS A UN MINUSIOSO ANALISIS.
CADA UNA DE LAS LENTILLAS SERÁN INSPECCIONADAS, EN CASO DE PRESENTAR RASGADURAS , RASGUÑOS, LÁGRIMAS , DEPÓSITOS DE PROTEÍNA O DESGASTE , ES CLARO INDICATIVO QUE LA LENTE FUÉ USADA, DE SER ASÍ NO LA REEMPLAZAREMOS.

EN TAL CASO, USTED DEBE PROCEDER DE LA SIGUIENTE MANERA:

* Incluya el embalaje completo de su envío, (caja, ampollas y guía de usuario).
* En caso de abrir las ampollas, coloque las lentes en un estuche de lentes de contacto inmerso en solución Multipropósito y envíelas con la caja y las ampollas sin abrir.
* Tenga en cuenta que cualquier lente defectuosa debe ser devuelta antes de poder cambiarlas.
Los envíos asegurados dañados por el transportista no están sujetos a reembolso.
